Do I need to make an appointment or a reservation for a class?

  • No. However, prior to your very first visit we do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for a tour of our facilities and to fill out a release form. To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests attending, anyone arriving 10 minutes past the class start time will not be admitted.

What should I wear?

  • Wear light, comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement with bare feet.

What should I bring with me?

  • Bring a mat if you have one. If not, we have some loaner mats available and a great selection that are for sale in our boutique. We recommend that you bring a bottle of water, a clean towel, and a desire to bring out a stronger and more confident you.

What is the cancellation policy for private sessions or massages?

  • We request that you notify us of cancellations 24 hours before a private or massage session by calling 407-227-5555, you can always leave a message. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file.

Can I bring my cell phone with me?

  • You can, but we do ask that you help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for you and others by turning off your cell phone upon arriving at class.

Are their places I can change at the studio?

  • In Balance offers two bathrooms and a changing room for your convenience. There are no locked storage areas available so we cannot be held responsible for personal belongings.

What types of payment do you accept?

  • In Balance accepts cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.

What is your refund policy?

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice. Series and membership options are non-refundable and non-transferable because of such changes. Membership options may be canceled by giving written notification to In Balance 30 days prior to the first of the month in which the cancellation will take effect. Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit a letter accompanied by a doctor’s note to the studio director. Requests must be submitted before the expiration of your series.

How old do you have to be take a class?

  • The minimum age to experience mind body classes at In Balance is 13 years of age without an adult.

Arrival

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests attending In Balance, late entries will not be permitted ten minutes after the start of class.

  • Light weight clothes and bare feet.  Mat if you have one.  We do have some loaner mats as well as to purchase in the boutique (avg. price $32).  Towel, water and a desire to feel great!
