Cost:$5 registration fee plus regular class payments
Details:30 pilates classes from 2/15 till 4/30. All the registration money will be put into the “pot” and on April 30th will be divided equally by all those that reach the 30 class mark! Look for the Pilates challenge board and mark each time in.

Details:The Pilates method is a unique movement system that strengthens, stretches, and balances the entire body. A properly focused practice yields the benefits of health, fitness, vitality, and well-being. This workshop gives the beginner a strong foundation for a safe and effective Pilates workout, and serves as a great review for more experienced students to build upon as they advance. We will learn to apply the Pilates Principles and make the critical connections necessary to achieve maximum benefits. Includes not only the practice of fundamental movement patterns, but also a short mat class appropriate for all levels. Open the door to whole new level of fitness through Pilates.

Details:As our practice of yoga evolves, we are guided by remembering what and why we are practicing… and for whom. In contrast with the monastic life, our busy lives are full of roles and responsibilities that we must juggle skillfully. Through the words of Patanjali’s “Yoga Sutra”, let’s uncover ways to understand how yoga deeply transforms our minds and the relationship we have with ourselves and others in order to generate loving-kindness throughout our worldly community. Includes the practice of postures, meditation and self-study. Open to all levels.
