Experienced in many modalities, our Massage Therapists customize your massage to your individual preferences and combine modalities that achieve the greatest results for your body. Commonly used modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral, Sports, Neuromuscular, Trager, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Energetic & Pranic healing, and more.

Please note: We take great pride in caring for you as an individual and providing you with the best treatment possible. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your health questionnaire. All times listed are“hands-on” time. When scheduling your appointment, we allow 15 additional minutes for consultation with your Massage Therapist, changing clothes, etc, and hope that you will, too.
